On 1 December 2009 Datacom Employer Services Limited was appointed as the Scheme Administration Manager for the NPF schemes. The NPF schemes administration was previously undertaken by Jacques Martin.  Any references to Jaques Martin on the screen downloads included on the following pages should be read as references to Datacom. 

About the Contributions Excel template (for employers)

This Excel Template is a macro-enabled excel spreadsheet designed to allow you to easily record and submit superannuation contribution data to the Scheme Administration Manager, Datacom.

Getting the required information in the right format to superannuation providers can be difficult. This template is flexible enough to take data from any payroll system, confirms with confidence that the required information is supplied, sends automatically to the correct destination, for multiple product providers, and all via a user friendly Excel interface.

To obtain the Contributions Excel Template to submit contribution data for your organisation, please contact Datacom at: payrec@datacom.co.nz or phone 0800 628 776. Datacom will pre-populate the template with your organisation’s current Scheme member list, email the template to you and can provide support for importing and sending your first file.
