How to complete the initial set up of IPAR

Your company’s technical staff will need to make the necessary program changes to your payroll system in order to use IPAR.

Testing phase

You will need to submit a satisfactory test file before submitting a live data file.

These test run will be used to check that:

• The technical specifications have been met; and

• The data is accurate and matches the employee details on the Datacom database.

• During this phase please send the Electronic Payroll email to:

  payrec@datacom.co.nz

• This period will be used to ensure the satisfactory migration of your payroll information onto our system.

• Any inconsistencies will be reported back to you. You will then need to correct the data before the live file is submitted
